Word tools edit the .docx file directly and save as they go, keeping the original layout of existing documents as far as possible.

PDF

PDFs can be viewed in the side panel; there are no PDF editing tools. When you need a PDF, have the agent write it as a Word document first, then export it with word_to_pdf.
