About you, your account, subscription and usage.

The first group in Settings, "Account", has four pages.

About You

Tell Neox who you are, one fact per line — "marketing manager", "lives in Seattle" — optionally grouped by category. Every conversation takes these into account. You can also just tell it in a chat and it will note it down.

My Account

  • Signed out — shows sign-in / sign-up. If you only use your own API keys (BYOK) you don't need an account; the agent works fully.
  • Signed in — shows your email and whether it's verified; you can set a password, link an email, or sign out. Editing your profile, account security, device sessions, data export and account deletion happen in the web console.

Subscription

On the left is "Bring your own API key" (free; you pay the model provider directly), on the right a Neox plan. It shows your current plan; upgrades, redemptions and billing open in your browser — come back and hit refresh in the top right.

See Pricing for plan prices and allowances.

Usage

  • Plan usage — how much of your cloud allowance is used and left, plus the last 30 days
  • Your own keys (BYOK) — every request is counted by tokens on this machine, split by model, over 7 days, 30 days or a custom range (up to 366 days); where the provider supports it, the key's account balance is shown too
